Between Poughkeepsie and Woodstock, Rosendale, NY is a small town in Ulster County with a population of about 6,500 people. And, it seems that almost everybody comes together to support the Rosendale Festival which succeeds at bringing tourists and commerce into town while also exposing local musicians and giving hudson valley residents a place to meet and gather.
